- You can notify Royal Mail of a safe place or neighbour for parcel delivery if you won’t be present.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available for a small premium if you need items urgently.
- Contingency plans are in place in case an alternative delivery service/courier is needed, and you will be informed accordingly.
